The Land of Israel aka Palestine is Jewish territory for over 3000 years
If Jewish communities and settlements re-established and expanded over territory captured and liberated by Israel during the 1967 Six-Day-War are considered illegal, then one could extrapolate the same reasoning to proclaim illegality for the entire State of Israel and many other States. History tells us that Israel was re-established in 1948 in the aftermath of a defensive war over territories that were conquered, liberated, occupied and re-settled by the triumphant Jews, who had a legal claim to the territory.
And similarly, territories captured in the aftermath of wars like—
Northern Ireland—captured, occupied and annexed by the British
Territories belonging to Poland and Romania—captured, occupied and annexed by the Russians
Kurdistan—Occupied and annexed by Turkey and Iraq
Catalonia—Occupied and annexed by Spain
German territories before WWII—occupied and annexed by France and Poland
Hungarian territories (Transylvania)—occupied and annexed by Romania
Tibet—occupied and annexed by China
Texas—Captured from Mexico
The entire US—captured by force from the native Americans and settled by the White Americans—ought to be classified as illegal, if consistency, rather than anti-Semitism, governs the civilized world.
We can add to the list of annexed territories and people who were removed from the areas where their ancestors lived:
German territory taken over by Russia at the end of WWII.
German population made to flee for their lives by the Czechs at the end of WWII.
Kurdistan occupied by Syria.
Kurdistan occupied by Iran.
Arab countries that ethnically cleansed over a million Jewish families of their Jewish population and confiscated all their assets including homes and over 120,000 sq. km. of Jewish owned Real Estate for over 2,400 years, especially following the War of Independence. Most of the expelled Jewish families were settled in Israel.
At the same time, if Jewish settlements established west of the Green line (1949 Armistice lines) are considered legal, then one could extrapolate the same reasoning to proclaim legality of Jewish settlements east of the Green Line (i.e., in the "West Bank" aka Judea and Samaria). Both territories were conquered, liberated and occupied and settled by Jews in consequence of a defensive war.
There is another problem. Most Israeli citizens want to live in a Jewish State with a significant Jewish majority where Hatikva is the national hymn and the prime minister, the defense minister, the military and the security agencies’ chiefs are Zionist Jews and Jewish holidays and traditions are observed nationally. Annexing the "West Bank" aka Judea and Samaria with all of its Arab residents will not cause a problem, since they could be transferred to Jordan and or the homes and the 120,000 sq. km. the Arabs countries confiscated from the million Jewish families they expelled, who mostly resettled in Israel. There is also a question if annexing is required.
Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria is Jewish territory - No annexation is required
If anything it may need to be re-incorporated or re-patriated and complete sovereignty applied.
Let me pose an interesting scenario. If you had a country and it was conquered by foreign powers over a period of time. After many years you have taken back you country and land in various defensive wars. Do you have to officially annex those territories? It was always your territory and by retaking control and possession of your territory it is again your original property and there is no need to annex it. The title to your property is valid today as it was many years before.
Annexation only applies when you are taking over territory that was never yours to begin with, just like some European countries annexed territories of other countries.
Jews hold title to the Land of Greater Israel even if outnumbered a million to one.
The fact that more foreigners than Jews occupied the Land of Israel during certain periods of time does not diminish true ownership. If my house is invaded by a family ten times larger that mine does that obviate my true ownership?
Jewish roots and rights to all the land of Greater Israel are stronger than ever!

The UN a parasitic organization for low life's and blood suckers who defraud the world – Over the past 70 years, the UN has passed hundreds of biased resolutions against Israel and the Jewish people that have no affect at all, since UN resolutions are only a recommendation. Israel is a sovereign country and it must protect its people and sovereignty with all its resources, no matter what pressure the biased demoralized world puts on Israel. Stop the Ghetto mentality. NEVER AGAIN means no capitulation to world pressure and protecting our people at all costs.

The history of the U.N. in relationship to Israel which affects anti-Semitism worldwide has been shameful and catastrophic.
When you have an organization where a substantial part of its members are adamantly anti Israel and promote her destruction.
Many members of the U.N. who spew hate and violence.
Members of the U.N. who consistently vote against Israel without justification or humane logic.
The U.N. An organization that finances terrorism and helps Hamas and its ilk to hide weapons and launch missiles from U.N. facilities against innocent civilians, men, women and children.
Look at the history of U.N. resolutions against Israel and the resolutions against the terrorist organizations confronting Israel.
The U.N. is an organization that is extremely biased against Israel.
When you put members of nation states that violate human rights on a daily basis on the Human rights commission that speaks volumes.
I can go on and on.

The U.N. is a parasitic and criminal enterprise dominated by our mortal enemies. The U.N. cannot create states, it can only recommend and so can other nations only recommend and not create a state that never existed before in history. If they want an Arab-Palestinian state, it already exists; it is Jordan which has taken 80% of Jewish allocated land. The Arabs received over 12 million sq. km. with a wealth of oil reserves after WWI and confiscated Jewish homes and over 120,000 sq. km. from the million Jewish families they terrorized and expelled from the Arab countries. Most of the expelled Jewish families from Arab countries have settled in Israel. The Arabs also took over 77% of Jewish allocated land east of the Jordan River which is Jordan today and Jordan expelled all the Jews and confiscated their property. Now they want to take away another 40% of what was left for the Jewish people west of the Jordan River which is Judea and Samaria. The Arabs hope to take Israel apart peace by peace, until there is nothing left, The Arabs do not want peace and coexistence, they want the Jewish state to disappear.
